Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account; multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balance. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials, and 13500 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access arising from your own negligence. All users registering must be at least 18 years of age; 13500 reserves the right to request identity document verification at any time to confirm age eligibility and user identity. Any suspicious activity — including unauthorised login attempts or use of another person's account — must be reported to the 13500 support team immediately. 3. User Responsibilities

5. Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)
All transactions on the 13500 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), and users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name. Deposits into a 13500 account will be processed within the stipulated timeframe according to the selected payment method, while withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may take several business days depending on your financial institution. Account suspension may take effect immediately and without prior notice where the situation requires urgent action to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other users. Users whose accounts are terminated due to a breach may not be entitled to a refund of any remaining balance, depending on the nature of the violation and the outcome of 13500's internal investigation. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 13500 support team, and all valid balances will be processed for withdrawal within the stipulated timeframe upon completion of the verification process. 8. Intellectual Property
All content on the 13500 platform — including design, logos, text, graphics, images, source code, software, and other multimedia materials — is the exclusive property of 13500 and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws in force in Malaysia.
